The City is seeking qualified contractors to complete Phase II of the Downtown Streetscape Improvement Project. The scope of work includes sidewalk reconstruction, decorative lighting installation, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and landscaping enhancements.

Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Department by March 15 at 2:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City Hall one week prior to the submission deadline.
